中國傳媒大學是教育部直屬的首批“雙一流”建設高校，“211工程”重點建設大學，“985優勢學科創新平臺”重點建設高校。學校始建于1954年，坐落于北京古運河畔，地處首都功能核心區和北京城市副中心之間，交通便利，區位優勢明顯。學校現有全日制在校生18000余人，其中普通全日制本專科生11500余人，博士、碩士研究生6500余人。

聲音 | 中國電信梁偉：與Libra不同，央行數字貨幣具備四個特點:近日，在中國信息通信研究院近日舉辦的“智能+學院”區塊鏈培訓中，中國電信區塊鏈業務研發負責人梁偉指出，央行數字貨幣（DC/EP）與Libra不同，具備四個特點：一、MC替代，DC/EP既保持現鈔的屬性和主要特征，也滿足編寫和匿名的需求；二、賬戶松耦合，與電子支付不同，DC/EP脫離傳統銀行賬戶實現價值轉移，有利于人民幣的流通和國際化；三、二層運營體系，商業機構向央行全額、100%繳納準備金，不超發，不影響現有貨幣政策傳導機制；四、技術路線中立，滿足30萬筆每秒的的轉發。（雷鋒網）[2020/1/3]

申請人應無犯罪記錄，遵守中國法律和學校各項規章制度。

注：以在校應屆本科畢業生或應屆碩士畢業生身份報名的，錄取當年入學前須取得國家承認的本科或碩士畢業、學位證書，否則錄取資格無效。

學歷生項目報名時間：2023年2月16日起至2023年4月30日；

漢語進修生報名時間：即日起至2023年6月30日。

3．報名辦法/Onlineapplication

登錄中國傳媒大學國際學生報名網站進行網上報名，上傳所要求的申請材料；

網上交納報名費；

等待資格審查和錄取。

注：

①報考學歷項目的考生，每人可報考兩個專業；如其中有一個專業為藝術類本科專業，則按照藝術類本科專業標準收取報名費。

②所有網報信息務必核查無誤后再確認提交，一經提交不可修改；

4.申請材料/RequiredApplicationMaterials

《擔保書》；

護照掃描件；已在境內學習學生還需提供簽證或居留許可掃描件；

本人的白色背景電子版證件照,不小于640px*480px。

攻讀本科學位者還須提供：

英語或漢語版最高學歷證書、成績單,應屆畢業生如暫無畢業證書，可先只提交成績單，待入學時審核最高學歷證書。如原件非中文或者英文，需要提供經過公證的中文或英文翻譯件；

一封推薦信；

HSK證書和成績單的原件掃描件；

部分本科專業要求提交的附加材料詳見后續通知。

攻讀研究生學位者還須提供：

英語或漢語版最高學歷學位證書、成績單,應屆畢業生如暫無學歷學位證書，可先只提交成績單，待入學時審核最高學歷學位證書。如原件非中文或者英文，需要提供經過公證的中文或英文翻譯件；

兩封副教授以上資格導師的推薦信；

個人陳述。內容應包括個人學習和工作經歷、學術科研成果、學習計劃、畢業后的個人發展目標等。用授課語言撰寫；

動態 | 興業銀行與中國電信合作加強數字貨幣等領域聯合開發應用:據中國證券報消息，興業銀行與中國電信集團有限公司（以下簡稱“中國電信”）在北京簽署全面戰略合作協議，擬向中國電信提供350億元整體授信。據了解，未來雙方將在資本層面開展更深更緊密的戰略協同，在金融大數據、數字貨幣領域加強聯合開發應用。[2018/12/11]

研究計劃。擬攻讀碩士學位者不少于2000字，擬攻讀博士學位者不少于3000字。用授課語言撰寫；

公開發表的學術論文、所獲獎勵或其他研究成果復印件；

中文授課項目需提供HSK-6級證書和成績單的原件掃描件。

如果英文不是母語，且先前的學習和工作經歷不能證明具有相應英文水平，英文授課項目需提供托福或雅思成績。

研究生：學校根據考生的申請材料、語言成績和所報專業的招生名額確定錄取名單。

漢語進修生：學校根據申請材料和招生名額確定錄取名單。

2．錄取時間及通知書發放/Admission

錄取結果公布時間及查詢方式：

報考本科和研究生項目的同學請于2023年6月16日后自行登陸中國傳媒大學網報系統查詢錄取結果及獎學金評審結果。

申請漢語進修的同學，申請材料成功提交一周后自行登陸中國傳媒大學網報系統查詢錄取結果。

錄取通知書發放時間：錄取結果公布兩周后。

錄取通知書領取方式：以網報系統填寫的領取方式和郵寄地址為準。
