聲音 | Koi Trading首席合規官Harry Zhou：Bakkt 平臺目前本身沒有牌照:今日，美國OTC交易平臺Koi Trading首席合規官Harry Zhou就 Bakkt 成功融資提出疑問和發表論述。針對Bakkt 拿的“法幣牌照” 、是否需要在每個州拿 “MTL” / Bakkt 牌照以及與 SeedCX 是否一個性質的問題，Harry表示，Bakkt 平臺目前本身沒有牌照。Bakkt 為純科技實體，需要與 ICE 的另一子公司 ICE Futures US 簽約使用 ICE Futures US 的 “指定合約市場” （DCM) 的相關資質。(注：CME 和 CBOE 也是 DCM 資質）。

由于 Bakkt 預期將能使用 ICE Futures US 的 DCM 資質，而直接接入 ICE Futures US 的中介方都會有”期貨傭金商”(FCM) 資質，且最終客戶都將通過“介紹經紀人”（IB) 接入 FCM, 因此 Bakkt 無需申請 MTL。
